Indigenous food has been a fascination of mine studying archaeology. Food dictates many human activities since our early roots coming together around the fire. Once again I take on a massive topic that can be truly understood by those who experience the taste and smells of the pungent deliciousness that permiates a patrons nostril. Creating a story of food connects me to those who have come before me, and eaten these delicious banquets. I hope to do it justice.
